Why do we explore in class?

Why do we take time to explore objects in Kindermusik? Why do we play with tupperware containers in Village, or take time to explore rhythm sticks in Our Time, or try out different wooden instruments in Imagine That?
Because…being allowed to explore in a safe environment is extremely important to brain development. Children who are allowed to explore in a safe environment, tend to become more eager and flexible learners throughout life.

So, open up your tupperware door, or crinkle some paper to make crunching leaves. Or, help your child create a marching band with real or “found” instruments. You’re building a strong foundation that will create a lifetime love of learning.
